Wildflower Pathways: Child, Couples, & Family Therapy

Health is a process of perpetual becoming…it has neither a past nor a future. -Carl Whitaker

My approach

Wildflower Pathways is a family therapy practice dedicated to the systemic approach of transforming the relationships of children, adults, couples, and families. My mission is to provide a comforting, secure space for personal growth and recovery and for you to feel valued, heard, and empowered. I provide an empathic and therapeutic presence in a safe and trusting relationship while holding space for your pain so that you feel accepted and understood. I wholeheartedly celebrate the uniqueness of every person and am committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive counseling, without judgment, to everyone I encounter. You long for meaningful connection; to be seen and to belong. You will find that here. Together, we will cultivate hope and resilience and find meaning in your present experience, as I provide support and guidance while you navigate your path forward.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals, children, and families through experiences of grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, and navigating the diagnosis of a chronic or terminal illness. I believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care, so I strive to make my services as accessible as possible. As such, in addition to offering teletherapy to anyone in Texas and office-based services near TCU in Fort Worth, I provide in-home therapy to clients residing in select areas of Tarrant County.

My services

  • Play Therapy/Parent Coaching

Play, Expressive Arts, and Talk Therapy for children and adolescents ages 3-18 while supporting parents through developmental transitions to create stronger connections with their children using the principles of Child Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and Trust Based Relationship Intervention (TBRI).

  • Family Therapy

Family therapy is transformative because “the unique systemic strength that mobilizes a family is often observed when one of its members is in trouble. That family becomes more than the sum of its parts, taking on an extra power, like strands of steel bound together in one huge cable that holds up a suspension bridge.” -Pauline Boss

  • Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful neurobiological tool to support the clinical healing relationship, Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation, and a variety of other challenging symptoms.

  • Individuals & Couples Counseling

The Gottman Method for couples and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) create a framework to facilitate improved communication and conflict resolution and establish greater intimacy in client relationships.

Your Therapist

  • Natalie Land, MS, LMFT-Associate

I have a profound belief in the unwavering resilience of the human spirit, the capacity to find meaning in our suffering, and the inherent potential for change, growth, and restoration of hope in every person. There is no roadmap for this journey we call life; however, our deepest moments of pain can become catalysts for healing, more meaningful connections, and greater authenticity. My goal is for you to experience a fundamental change in the way you view yourself, a sense of agency in how you choose to be in relationship with others, and the ability to find peace in life’s greatest challenges.

A success that is shared is heightened; a defeat that is shared is diminished. -Arthur Nielson
